Meeting point and time:  CP of Sportsman’s Arms, Wath, 0915 for an 0930 start

Route:  Uphill to the west from Wath, and then via Hethfield and Ladies Riggs down to Pately Bridge.  Return to Wath along the Nidderdale Way.  Approximately 5 miles but with 2 fairly stiff climbs.

Lunch venue:  The Sportsman’s Arms, Wath: 1230-1245
