In light of the decision to cancel the planned visit to the National Coal Mining Museum as a result of strike action, an informal dinner as an alternative outing in September has been organised.  It will take place on Monday, 8th September, at 19.00 at Jodhpur. This restaurant, on Station Parade, has been open for a couple of months and has been receiving outstandingly good reviews. It seems to be building on the success of its sister restaurant in Leeds, which has been open for some time.
