Meeting point and time:  Timble High Street, near the Timble Inn – 0915 for 0930

Route:  A circular walk from Timble through the woodland to the west and including a short visit to Blubberhouses Moor, where the line of the ancient Roman road can be seen. Fairly easy going and mainly on firm ground although there may well be the occasional boggy bit. If it remains dry, the route will include a crossing of a small stream; if wet, there will be an alternative route. Approximately 4.5 miles
